Kimberly is trained in mediation through Dispute Mediation Services in Dallas and is providing quality mediation services for families.
If you are considering a divorce or have child custody changes to make, it can be most beneficial to mediate prior to contacting two separate attorneys.
Why choose Mediation?
Control: Litigation requires that you entrust your family’s future to a family court judge, while divorce mediation allows spouses or co-parents to make the choices about their family’s future by crafting a parenting plan, arranging for support needs, dividing property and assigning debts.
Most lawyers spend a good deal of your time and money mediating back and forth, even though a good portion of divorces get referred to a professional mediator eventually. Then you have paid your attorneys for their time and have to pay a mediator as well. Why not attempt to mediate with a qualified mediator up front?
• Affordable: You will save a great deal of money. Guaranteed!
Mutual Agreements: By avoiding the win-lose mentality of a court battle, you can protect your children from prolonged conflict and hostility

Mediation can be a less expensive method of resolving divorce or other family law issues. Unlike litigation, mediation relies on direct communication between spouses and avoids the cost of attorney fees and retainer fees. Your mediator will assist you in maintaining a constructive dialogue in order to accelerate the resolution of issues. By reducing the cost of a divorce, you can preserve more of the marital assets for the parties and their children once the divorce is final.
Confidential and private. Mediation is confidential and cannot be used in court
On your time schedule. You decide the pace of mediation. You don't have to wait months for the process to be completed.
Your divorce is tailored to meet your family’s needs. You and your spouse decide your family’s future, NOT a judge.
